How delivery works
- You complete payment securely through Razorpay (UPI).
- Our system verifies the payment automatically.
- A download link unlocks immediately on the same page — typically within a few seconds of payment confirmation.
- The download link remains valid for 10 minutes after it is issued, for security reasons.
Delivery timeframe
Delivery is instant. If your download does not start automatically, a "Download" button is also shown on the success screen for you to tap manually.
If something goes wrong
If your payment was successful but you did not receive your download, or your link expired before you could download the file, email blackferncreatives@gmail.com with your payment ID and we will resend your book directly, usually within a few hours.
