When you purchase the eBook, payment is processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI PIN, or bank login details — Razorpay handles that directly and securely.
- Payment details: Razorpay shares with us your payment status, the amount paid, and a payment reference ID, so we can confirm your purchase and release your download.
- Contact details: if you email us for support, we receive whatever you include in that email (typically your name, email address, and payment reference).
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider (Vercel) may log standard technical information such as IP address and browser type for security and performance purposes.
How we use your information
- To verify your payment and deliver your eBook download link.
- To respond to support requests sent to blackferncreatives@gmail.com.
- To maintain basic records of sales for accounting and legal compliance.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention
