Digital product policy
"The ₹1 Lakh Designer" is a digital, downloadable eBook. Because the file is delivered instantly and can be accessed immediately after payment, we generally do not offer refunds once a download link has been successfully issued.
When a refund does apply
We will issue a full refund in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment: you were accidentally charged more than once for the same order.
- Payment deducted, no access granted: money was debited from your account but you did not receive a working download link and our support could not resolve it.
- Corrupted or unreadable file: the PDF you received cannot be opened, and we are unable to resend a working copy.
How to request a refund
- Email blackferncreatives@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase.
- Include your Razorpay payment ID (shown on your payment confirmation) and the email or phone number used at checkout.
- We will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
Refund processing time
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay. Depending on your bank or UPI provider, this can take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
Cancellations
Since delivery is instant upon successful payment, orders cannot be "cancelled" mid-way — a payment either completes and the download unlocks, or it fails and no charge is made. If your payment app or bank shows a charge but you never reached the success page on this site, contact us and we will check the payment status before deciding on a refund.
