These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of "The ₹1 Lakh Designer" eBook ("the Product") sold by BlackFern Creatives ("we", "us", "our") through this website. By purchasing the Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. The product

The ₹1 Lakh Designer is a digital eBook (PDF) written by Pehlaz Monga, delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped. Purchase price and any offers shown on this page apply at the time of purchase and may change without notice for future buyers.

2. License to use

When you purchase the Product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download and use the eBook for your own learning and reference. You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or share the PDF or its contents (including templates and checklists) with anyone who has not purchased it
Upload the file to public file-sharing sites, forums, or marketplaces
Claim authorship of the content or use it to create a competing product
Use the client-outreach templates or any part of the text for commercial resale as your own material

All content, text, design, and templates in the Product remain the intellectual property of Pehlaz Monga / BlackFern Creatives.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, supporting UPI, cards, netbanking, and wallets. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive access to download the Product. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Delivery

The Product is delivered instantly as a digital download upon successful payment confirmation. If you do not receive access within a reasonable time, please contact us at pehlaz@blackfern.in with your payment details.

6. No guarantee of results

The Product shares strategies, templates, and lessons based on the author's personal experience. It is educational and informational in nature. We do not guarantee any specific income, client, or career outcome from using the Product — results depend on your own effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlackFern Creatives and Pehlaz Monga shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Product.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of this site or the Product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where BlackFern Creatives is based.
